my voice will be posted on the INTARWEB!

(this is a locked entry, in case i'm actually violating some company policy.)

bastard media guy customer had our conversation recorded to be posted later on his website (with my approval). his site is currently down because of server issues. the last time their website is down, bastard media guy customer posted all emails from tech support in his website. once his website gets back up, he will be posting our lovely phone conversation.

after the (token) apology from me for the "inconvenience" he said he doesn't want my apologies and that he's very dissatisfied with the service, that the server issue is hurting their business, that it was not acceptable that the site was down before and even less so now that that happened again.

i don't get it. if bastard media guy was so pissed of our service, why doesn't he cancel the account? if he had the mentioned at any time during the call, i'd be more than happy to assist him. i'm even ready with a cancellation confirmation number.

here's the website, in case you're curious:

bastard! didn't anyone tell him that recording phone conversations is so 1950's! cold war's over, kojak!

and sheesh! so much fuss over an eyesore they dared call a website. you're company's doing him a favor by shutting that crude place down: the longer it stays up, the more people get deluded into thinking a long sequence of hyperlinks can be called "good layouting".

i feel like getting into his site and messing it all around.

maybe i'll do that later. don't be surpised if the site suddenly gets redirected to myspace or something. :-D

Go for it! :D

I feel that there are more words to fully describe the crap that he calls his website, but i think it can be summed up into this: it sucks.
