Conference on Developing and Enhancing Original Filipino Contents: A Challenge to Animators, Producers, Government Agencies, Film and Television Industries

Main Objective
To broaden, converge and deepen cooperation among member companies, schools, government agencies, film and television industries in developing joint strategies and concrete plans of actions towards the development, production and appreciation of Original Filipino content.

Specific Objectives

  • To bring together animators, producers and key stakeholders for a joint discussion on the creative, education and economic areas of the animation industry.
  • To build common understanding on the key components, framework, characteristics of an education program for animation and its related fields i.e. website development, game development, IT.
  • To identify and appreciate the strategic and specific roles and contributions of various stakeholders
    To jointly map and assess existing initiatives of the different sectors in the industry
  • To identify good practices and responses of the industry.
  • To draw up a joint action plan and forge enduring collaboration in building a thriving and lively animation industry.
