so what's been happening to me?

(or, entries that needed writing but jade's just been too lazy to update anything.)

i had an impacted tooth pulled. one week later, there's still some mild swelling in my jaw.

the street cocktail recipe article remains unfinished. my official excuse is that the dentist explicitly forbade me from consuming alcohol. of course the reality is that i had a couple of drinks a day after the dental operation.

i promised myself i will be writing reviews for some movies in the recent cinema one digital film fest. for a day, i watched four movies - 3 full length, one short - with girl friend zai.

it was really zai who told me about the film fest, although i watched another film fest movie in another cinema the day before. on the day we watched the movies, it was rather cold inside the cinema (there were only a few people inside), zai and i bought a small blanket after the first movie so she wouldn't shiver while watching the next movies.

i'm supposed to be fanboying for nicole kidman playing marisa coulter but i still haven't seen the golden compass. loser.
