my new schedule starts at 5pm. so while every other dayshift office worker in makati is leaving their offices, i will be squeezing myself into ayala avenue to head for work. or i could head out early, kill time in a mall then walk to work.
incidentally, work ends at two in the morning. so i have the options of malling/eating out/watching movies before work and drinking out after work before heading home to sleep. amazing!
it's just 4 hours since i came back to manila. the bus arrived in cubao a little past three. aaron and i first went to my apartment to drop my stuff and for me to take a quick shower and change clothes. incidentally, jayvee was also about to bring clothes to the laundromat so i took him and aaron to a cab on my way to work.
as the cab was heading to maysilo, i realized i forgot my money and bank cards -- i had to ask the driver to turn back and wait for me while i went back up to the apartment to get my money. it raining when i went back to the cab.
the last few days have been rainy, even in baguio. it was especially so on sunday, aaron and i spent most of the day sleeping in the hotel room. i spent most of the trip back to manila sleeping, as well, and i think i'll spend my lunch break asleep.
hullo, manila. hullo, work. i'm back so soon.

I kinda liked that shift before, coz you can still do things before your shift if you get up early, & not feel tired & sleepy. however the endshift part is way too early to head back home unless you live near work.
and then there's the fact that there aren't buses running along ayala at that hour. but not much complaints here.
btw, i saw you crossing the street from PS to convergys earlier -- around 5pm. were you from starbucks?
