Once again, I didn't see the launch of hot air balloons in Clark, this time for an infinitely more pathetic reason. Why? BECAUSE I FELL ASLEEP. Argh! Argh! Argh!
I even left work early so I could pick my stuff at home and head to Clark before daybreak to catch the Hot Air Balloon Festival; all that happened was that I decided to take a nap, woke up at past four, and realized that there's no way I could reach Clark before daybreak to catch the balloon launch.
Maybe I should have gone to UP Fair instead. I decided to skip this year's fair, too, after four straight years. But going there at 1am meant the almighty queue probably would've already stretched all the way to Katipunan.
Ah, man. I hope I wouldn't jinx my other travel plans either. Maybe I should instead think that it was the Universe's way of saving me from a possible Friday the 13th mishap.
Except I don't quite believe that as well; from my experience, the Universe was never that gracious to me.

dude, the jade had more than enough rest today. so much so... pati yung 1pm lunch namin, naging 3pm na. LoL
last year naman masyadong mahangin kaya hindi nakalipad yung mga balloons. tsk tsk... may belats ka sa puwet LOL
