the blurb says "Experience Call Center Agents with EXCEPTIONAL Pronunciation Skills!!" which sounds like a come on from a sex ad. and i guess they're not too keen on proper grammar either, just exceptional pronunciation.
but really, i'd be a bit worried of people who pronounces wordstoo exceptionally.
