for supper, i initially thought of having tuna sprinkled with calamansi juice since i saw some canned tuna in brine in the kitchen cupboard. then i though i'd add some of the extra virgin olive oil i bought previously.
and then, as i was rummaging through the fridge, i came across some green mangoes and thought i'd toss some with the tuna and oil for a salad. there was also some leftover radish salad (with tomatoes and shallots), and i decided to add that as well. i normally don't enjoy radish that much, but i figured adding that to mango salad would counter the bitter taste of radish.
so i mixed them all in a bowl, added a little worcestershire sauce, and out came the salad.
it was pretty bland, actually. i should have added a little salt.
