previously, when i talked to an orthopedic doctor, he told me that one of my muscles in the buttocks got inflamed, whiched a swelling, which caused the pain in my hip area. he gave me some pain reliever and anti-inflamatory medicine which did help and after a week, the pain subsided.
but it's back.
one of the officemates did notice me walking funny because of the slightl pain in my hip. last night i slept in the sleep room which was a wrong move because the cool air caused the pain to increase (i guess it's the muscle contracting) and now it feels like i have cramps on my hip and that it wouldn't go away. i'm on my fifth paracetamol tablet since last night.
damn, i wish there was a wheelchair i could borrow from the office clinic.
