not only did i accummulate a backlog of work because of the internet outage, five minutes into the end of my shift, this guy calls in asking that a service be added to his account. ecommerce.but it wasn't that simple.
he had to ask for how payment gateways works. he had to ask about shipping methods. he had to go through all the littlest details of the billing.
argh!
so i had to stay on the phone for an hour after my shift before i could officially start working on after shift backlog. did i say start? i don't think i've started anything yet.
i'm still staring at the screen, looking at all the notes i left on the earlier calls. nuninuninu.
