since wearing flip flops is still fashionable...

... i wish those who'd wear them would make sure they keep their feet presentable.

i was checking out this guy on the train the other day: he had an okay face. clean haircut. relatively good choice in clothes. i looked at his feet and he was wearing flip flops.

nothing ruins a fashionable pair of havaianas more than dirty toenails.

i am still undecided on what i think about the whole fashionable flip flops thing; i'm more into sandals rather than slippers, and at any rate i almost always wear shoes when i go out. but if one will be showing one's feet in public, one might as well exert some effort in ensuring that one's feet are clean and well taken care of.

hipster fashion disaster. nauso ang tsinelas dahil sa mga nu-rave/electro junkie.

really? didn't know that. i really don't see the appeal ng de sipit na tsinelas. mas gusto ko pa mag-bakya o mag-alfombra.

that reminds me, i should get me a new pair ng alfombra.

that's funny. i love wearing flip flops. only cause when i sit, i want to be able to cross my legs...and i don't like crossing my legs wearing shoes. hehe

Monkey Boy is Hungry said...

that's odd. why don't you like crossing your legs if you're wearing shoes? :-)

i own around 20 pairs of shoes, flats, heels and boots but i always end up wearing my ever so trusty tsinelas. yung mga type na nbibili lang sa bangketa? comfy kasi at mahangin sa labas ang feeling. hehe.. :)
