snail's pace.

i left my workstation this morning with a running site upgrade. i came back and the upgrade hardly moved: the progress report was just a few percent further than when i left it. that's it! i'm gonna ask the software's tech guys to zap the store's basket files so i could finish the stupid store upgrade. i hate it when i couldn't run these things myself and have to wait things out like anormal product user.
